Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of zeejpartners.com and any engagement with Zeej ("we", "us"), a management consulting practice registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Using this site, submitting a form, or signing a proposal with us means you agree to the terms below. If you engage us on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

What costs nothing, and what does not

The free business diagnostic and the general information on this site cost nothing and carry no obligation. The nine specialized decision tools, equipment ROI calculators, feasibility studies, pricing advisors, are paid, one-time-use tools at a fixed price shown on each tool's page before you pay. See "Paid decision tools" below. A consulting engagement or a custom technology build is priced separately, only after we have agreed on scope and price in writing, typically a proposal or statement of work, and you have confirmed acceptance. We quote consulting pricing per client based on scope and do not publish standard rates.

How engagements work

• Every paid engagement starts with a written scope: what we will deliver, the timeline, and the price.
• You pay by bank transfer, on terms set out in that engagement's proposal, typically a portion upfront and the remainder tied to milestones or completion.
• A scope change after work has started requires a written addendum. We do not assume it automatically.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate information and timely access, data, documents, staff time, needed to do the work. Delays on your side can affect our timeline.

Ownership of what we deliver

Once you pay an engagement in full, the specific deliverables we produced for you, reports, strategies, custom software we built for you, become yours to use in your business. Zeej retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, frameworks, and general know-how. Engaging us transfers the output produced for you, not our underlying way of working.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you share with us about your business, including financials, operations, staff, and strategy, as confidential and use it only for the work you hired us to do. We disclose it to no one outside Zeej except the infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy, who process it only to keep our systems running. If a specific engagement calls for a separate signed NDA, we provide one.

The free diagnostic

The free diagnostic gives you a general read on your business based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for a full engagement.

Paid decision tools

Each of the nine decision tools, equipment ROI calculators, feasibility studies, pricing advisors, is a one-time-use tool. You pay a fixed price shown on that tool's page, in your local currency, Jordanian dinar or Saudi riyal depending on where you are paying from, and receive your full report instantly. A licensed regional payment provider processes payment. We never see or store your full card details. The calculation itself comes from the figures you enter, run through standard financial formulas. It is a decision-support estimate, not a guaranteed outcome, and should not serve as the sole basis for a major financial decision.

Each report generates and delivers automatically the moment payment succeeds, so the purchase becomes final once you receive the report. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after that point. If a technical error prevents your report from generating, or you are charged without receiving a working report, contact us. We will fix it or refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work, but we cannot guarantee a specific business outcome, revenue, cost savings, growth, because results depend on factors outside our control, including how you implement our recommendations. To the extent Jordanian law permits, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending an engagement

Either party can end an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in that engagement's proposal. You remain responsible for paying for work completed up to the point of termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between us falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will appear here with an updated date above. Terms already agreed to in a signed proposal are not affected retroactively by a later update to this page.
