Our Services / Operations, Organization & Governance
Consulting areaOperations, Organization & Governance
We design how a business organizes itself to carry out its strategy: processes, structure, roles, indicators and who decides what. We document what particular people know into procedures and policies that can be applied and handed over.
When you need these services
- Work is slow or duplicated, errors recur and operating cost is higher than needed.
- Work relies on memory and habit, with unwritten or conflicting policies.
- The structure does not fit the volume of work, supervision overlaps, or responsibility has gaps.
- Decisions concentrate in one person or stall between several, and accountability is unclear.
- Goals are not measured and performance is discussed by impression rather than numbers.

Questions
Do you give legal opinions on governance?
No. The governance service arranges decision-making and accountability inside the business; it does not include legal opinions, drafting of founding documents, or compliance with regulators' rules.
Do you decide on hiring and dismissal?
No. Restructuring does not include hiring and dismissal decisions, individual assessment or pay structures.
Do you build the systems that collect indicator data?
No. We design the indicator framework, its definitions and a monitoring dashboard model; we do not build data-collection systems.
How long does it take?
For a medium project the planning estimate runs from three to ten weeks depending on the service, the size of the business and how fast information is provided. It is a planning estimate, not a promise; the duration of each engagement is set in the written proposal you receive.
