Who this policy covers
This policy applies to zeejpartners.com and every page under it: the public site, the free business diagnostic, the paid decision tools, and the client admin portal. Zeej ("we", "us") is a management consulting practice registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
What we collect, and why

Where it is stored
Your data lives in our database, hosted on Supabase, and, for email delivery, with our transactional email provider, Brevo. If you buy one of the paid decision tools, a licensed regional payment provider processes your payment. We never see or store your card details ourselves. The site itself is hosted on Netlify. We run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site: no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, nothing tracking you across other sites.
Who can see it
Only Zeej staff with a legitimate reason to access it, for example, the consultant assigned to follow up on your request. Access is role-based and logged. We never sell your data, and we share it with no one outside Zeej except the infrastructure providers named above, who process it only to provide their service to us, hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, never for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it stays relevant to our relationship with you, or as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it and no legal reason requires us to keep it, we will.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link).

Security
HTTPS encrypts all traffic to and from this site. Internally, role restricts access to client data, and our admin accounts support two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and review it regularly.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage only for things that make the site work better for you: remembering where a marketing link came from, so we can tell which channels bring real leads, and temporarily holding your diagnostic report while you download it. Nothing here tracks you across other websites.
