Our Services / Strategy & Growth
Consulting areaStrategy & Growth
We set, with decision-makers, the direction of an established business for the next three to five years and turn it into a plan that can be carried out and tracked. We identify the growth sources with the most impact, and read the market and competition from documented sources.
When you need these services
- Your business operates without a written direction, or its many priorities scatter its resources.
- Growth is slow or uneven and you do not know which paths deserve the effort first.
- Decisions rest on impressions rather than a documented picture of the market.
- You want to enter a new market without knowing its attractiveness, requirements and risks.
- Your business model has unclear boundaries, or revenue sources do not cover cost.
Questions
What is the difference between strategic planning and growth plans?
Strategic planning sets the general direction of an established business for three to five years; a growth plan identifies the growth sources with the most impact and arranges them with targets and resources.
Do you carry out the plan for us?
No. We hand over a plan with responsibilities and dates, and can follow the implementation with you through an implementation-support engagement.
How long does it take?
For a medium project the planning estimate runs from three to ten weeks depending on the service, the size of the business and how fast information is provided. It is a planning estimate, not a promise; the duration of each engagement is set in the written proposal you receive.
